SFC Super Critical Fluid Chromatography Journals is employed in business primarily for separation of chiral molecules and uses similar columns as customary HPLC systems. SFC: Super Critical Fluid Chromatography Journals is currently unremarkably used for achiral separations and purifications within the pharmaceutical business. That’s used for the analysis and purification of low to moderate relative molecular mass, thermally labile molecules. It may be used for the separation of chiral compounds. Principles are just like those of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), but SFC: Super Critical Fluid Chromatography Journals generally utilizes greenhouse gas because the mobile phase; so, the complete action flow path should be pressurized. As a result of the critical part represents a state during which liquid and gas properties converge, critical fluid natural action is typically referred to as "convergence natural action.

Drug toxicology tests are most performed on urine, since most drugs and their breakdown products are excreted in the urine at higher concentration. The aim of this work is to evaluate the usefulness of using urine immunoassay kits for detection of some drugs of abuse and study the correlation between the results obtained by EMIT and GC/MS techniques.

A total number of 449 inhabitant urine samples were collected from patients admitted to emergency hospital, Mansoura University. A total of 449 urine samples were analyzed by EMIT and GC/ MS for benzodiazepine, barbiturate, opiate and cannabinoid.

Obtained results revealed that urine immunoassay kit is useful for rapid preliminary screening of abuse drug. GC/MS results confirm that 245 samples (54.56%) are positive of the total number of samples. These positive samples by GC/MS were as follows- benzodiazepines: 159 ((clonazepam, oxazepam, temazepam), barbiturates: 58 (thiobarbiturate, butobarbital, Seconal) and opiates: 28 (methadone metabolite)).

GC/MS analysis must be done for accurate identification and confirmation of EMIT results. Also, it is recommended as the most suitable technique for obtaining optimum analytical results.

Longdom Publishing SL to accomplish its vision to make scientific information & health care open access has made a new initiation to enrich the scientific knowledge all around the world. As per the interest of the scientific community from Non-English-speaking territories, we have introduced a new feature in the name of language translation. Language translation helps the scientific community to go through the articles in Chinese, Japanese & other world languages.

A standard editorial manager system is utilized for manuscript submission, review, editorial processing and tracking which can be securely accessed by the authors, reviewers and editors for monitoring and tracking the article processing. Manuscripts can be uploaded online at Editorial Tracking   www.longdom.org/submissions/chromatography-separation-techniques.html or as an email attachment to chromatography@scholarlypub.com
